Account did not work after purchase

Account did not work after purchase. I did not receive a response to my ticket, and the Ticket got closed after several hours.

You did not respond for a full 24 hours, as thats the time limit we keep tickets open. SCAMMERS DO NOT PURCHASE

scammed me cheat doesn't work terrible service replying once every hour and I don't get a refund when it doesn't work.

Straight up scammers.

Straight up scammers. Some of their keys say "out of stock" but their lifetime keys say "in stock" when you order they give you a bullshit key that doesnt work, when you question it they tell you that in the small print it says that the items in stock are pre order keys so next time they have the actual key in stock you can use your preorder to claim it. Ive been waiting for 2 months and still just selling "preorders" their attitude stinks. They refuse to refund and tell me they don't know when they'll be in stock. Straight up scamming! Their reply saying that they offered a refund but I wanted it instantly just proves how corrupt these guys are. Thats pure lies. I didn't even ask for a refund, I asked when I will get the product I paid for and was given the response "you got a pre-order code, thats what you paid for. The item will be in stock when its in stock" these guys are 100% scammers and now also happy to fabricate a whole story of lies to try and cover their own back. I also havnt been removed from anything, since I posted this review, theyve actually messaged me and asked me if id like a different product instead but id have to pay extra, nothing but lying, scamming scumbags!

Hey, sorry for late response regarding this 1 star review. You received your key instantly, then wanted a refund. We offered the refund but specified it would take 3-5 business days for it to be processed back to your card. You then demanded for the money to be returned instantly to your card, and threatened to chargeback (as somehow this would make the funds arrive sooner to your card then the expected date). Regardless, we initiated the refund back to you sir but removed you due to the disrespect you've given to our staff support. Please if you wish to return, I highly suggest you be much more respectful sir. Sincerely, RealDudesInc Team.
