The delivery took a little longer than…

The delivery took a little longer than I expected. I like the color of the runners, but, they are very thin.

I ordered 2 rugs

I ordered one rug, which did not work out and was able to keep it. The 2nd rug I ordered was perfect. Loved the pattern and it worked perfect for my space. The rug I ordered was a custom sized rug and it was perfect and came very quick. I absolutely would order from this company again!!

the rug is beautiful

the rug is beautiful and exceeded my expectations! the colors go with my decor and the rug has enough different colors in it that i can fit most colors into my space. i never needed customer service as the rug arrived quickly.

This is my fourth rug!

Justrug keeps me coming back; the quality is just unbeatable. I bought a summer house last year and decided to give the contemporary rug a try. I wasn't happy with Ruggables in my primary home and vowed never to return. Since then, I have ordered three more of the same pattern for throughout the summer home. They don't wrinkle, which is pretty amazing. All you have to do is vacuum it, and it flattens out completely. Moreover, it comes out of the washer and dryer wrinkle-free as well. They are durable, not too thin, and don't require a pad. I'm incredibly happy with our rugs. There is no other washable rug option I'd choose!

Great product & service

Great customer service from this company, a pleasure to deal with them.

Rug had more than than pictured.

The size was correct. The rug has more red in it than pictured on website.

Exactly what i needed five stars

Gteat rug

Gteat rug! Looks just like the picture. Arrived just when they said it would. Sticks great to the floor without a rug pad.

Looks a bit cheap

Looks a bit cheap, do not believe before sale price

Beautiful colour & quality great.

Beautiful colour, and very good quality and looks fab. Delivery times were good and arrived when indicated.

Great service, rugs exactly what we wanted!

The rugs arrived in a timely way given that they were being shipped from overseas. They were exactly as described and pictured and one of them fit our needs perfectly. We had ordered more than one in order to see which one worked best for us. The colors and the patterns were exactly as shown. When there were problems with shipping, the remaining rugs back to you, you generously advised that we keep them, with the Hope that we would donate them. We did exactly that – to a local refugee settlement program run by Interfaith Works, a well established, a longtime nonprofit in our area. They were delighted to receive them. We will definitely order from you in the future. .

BLOODY BRILLIANT ALL ROUND

I just moved house and a moment after clicking ‘send’ I realised I had the wrong delivery address. I emailed and it was sorted straight away. Then the rug arrived. ❤️ Just gorgeous. Trust me, I looked at A LOT of rugs. It’s not just the price (which is great!) the design is amazing. Just love it

Gorgeous runner

Gorgeous runner. We ordered another. Colors are lighter and more beautiful in person which may be our devices. Very well made. Highly recommend.
