Wanted to buy a custom map, Understandable that it was rejected because of copyright but they took my payment and I never got a refund back even after contacting the store

There are no real people working there anymore. When there was a printing error it was sent wrong multiple times and no one there to solve the issue, just bogus Ai bots responding to everything giving no answers.

Sorry for the low rating. The quality is very nice but my order was wrong. I ordered rounded corners at a cost of 0.35$each and the card came back pointy. I tried to contact cx service , virtual chat, even sent a photo and no one got back to me. I have to keep the cards due to time but I’d like a refund of 0.35$ per card for the corners not being rounded

Cards arrived damaged
I’ve been ordering from Zazzle for years, but this time will likely be the last time. Half the cards arrived damaged. They are scratched up and bent in the corner.

I paid extra for rounded corners but received plain squared corners. It completely changed the esthetics of the memorial cards I created for my precious mother. Basically, all Zazzle had to do is round the edges and print. I did the design.
