The company was wonderful in dealing with a return I needed to make. Very kind and generous people! Thank you again.

The best customer service. Nice rugs too!
Thank you! We're thrilled you're happy with both our service and your rugs. We look forward to welcoming you back.
Thank you! We're so glad your rug arrived quickly and that you find it beautiful. We hope to see you again soon.
I ordered a black and white rug runner. When it arrived it was more black and gray. I requested a refund which they approved. They did credit my credit card but stated they were having trouble accepting returns. So, they suggested I donate the rug to a favorite charity. That speaks very well of this company.
Thank you for such a kind and thoughtful review — it truly made our day. We're sorry the runner arrived looking more black and gray than the black and white you expected. We know that's not what you ordered, and we appreciate your patience while our returns process was temporarily delayed. We're glad we could still process your full refund quickly, and we hope the rug brings some warmth to the charity you chose. Reviews like yours mean a great deal to our small team. Thank you for giving us the chance to make things right, and we'd be delighted to welcome you back anytime.
The colors were a little bit muted from online, but that was fine. Just needed a custom sized rug to fit over our basement door that is in the floor. Paid a good amount for this custom sized, washable rug, but after one wash it shrunk considerably and barely covers the door now. Thinking that it will shrink more every time it is washed. Very disappointed.
Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about this issue with your custom-sized rug. When our official washing and drying instructions are strictly followed (washing in cold water on a delicate cycle, avoiding heavy spin cycles, and air drying only without heat), our rugs should not experience significant shrinkage. We would love to look into your specific case to see exactly what happened. Could you please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your reference number #17976? If you could also share a photo of the rug and the details of how it was washed, our team will do our absolute best to assist you and find a proper solution. We look forward to hearing from you and making things right! Best Regards, JUSTRUG Customer Support Team

Poor design. The edges frayed after a couple of vacuums
Dear Steven, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we are very sorry to hear about the issue with the edges of your rug. Could you please contact us directly at [email protected] with your reference number #13815? If you could also share a quick photo of the frayed edges, it will help us find the best possible solution for you. We look forward to your email and making this right! Best Regards, Jamie
