Thank you for such a great review! We're so pleased the rug matched both the photos and your expectations — colour accuracy is something we work hard to get right, so it's wonderful to hear it landed exactly as you hoped. Delighted you love it, and we hope to see you again soon.
The color saturation was too bright
The online transaction is always the easiest first step! The packing looked suspicious as if the rug had been previously owned and rewrapped. Once opened, I was disappointed with the bright color saturation. I was expecting more muted colors. The thought of returning the rug was daunting. So, in the end I put the rug in a basement room.

This company is amazing!
This company is amazing. The quality of the carpet that I received was top-notch unfortunately because of one of the colors I had to return it. The process was very easy and because of a glitch at the company in the receiving part, I would asked to give the carpet to charity, and they will refund me my complete amount paid. No one can ask for more than that. I would definitely use this company again.
