Who knows when ordering anything online what you’ll get. But we were very pleased with the workman’s quality.
Thank you for taking a chance on us — we know ordering online can feel uncertain! We're so pleased the quality of your new rug lived up to your hopes. Delivering craftsmanship you can trust is exactly what we aim for at JUSTRUG. We'd love to welcome you back soon!
I loved being able to create a custom size rug with an interesting design. It is in the kitchen next to the island, so it had ti be no pile and washable. My main complaint is that the color was pretty different from what the online picture showed. I was way more blue than the photos showed.
Thank you for the thoughtful review! We're so glad the custom size and washable, no-pile design worked perfectly for your kitchen — that's exactly the kind of practical, made-to-fit solution we love to offer. We're genuinely sorry the color came through more blue than our online photos suggested. Screen settings and lighting can shift how colors appear, but we know that's frustrating when it doesn't match your expectations, and accurate color representation is something we're always working hard to improve. Thank you for the honest feedback — it really helps us do better, and we'd love the chance to get it just right for you next time.

The quality of the Rugs was not what we expected. We have bought from here before and we’re very happy. This time the low quality was very disappointing.

I chose this rug for the colour, it's similar to my living room. I decided on a round one and I'm so glad I did. I ordered it a few days ago and it came all the way from Istanbul within a couple of days. The rug is washable, crucial with dogs and grandchildren. It is quite thin so I don't have to shave my door. It is light to lift making vacuuming easy. More than anything it is very pretty and ties up the colours in my living room. I hope my new rug will last a long time because I love it. It is well made and well finished and seems tough. I'm 100% happy with my new rug and with the company I bought it from. I definitely recommend Justrug, I know where to look next time I need a new rug.
What a wonderful review — thank you so much! We're absolutely delighted that your round rug ties your living room colours together so beautifully, and that it arrived from Istanbul in just a couple of days. It sounds like it's a perfect fit for your life: washable for the dogs and grandchildren, thin enough to clear your door, and light enough to make vacuuming a breeze. We put a lot of care into making our rugs well-finished and hard-wearing, so it means the world to hear you find yours tough and beautifully made. We're confident it'll bring you joy for many years to come. Thank you for recommending us and for trusting JUSTRUG — we'll be right here whenever you're ready for your next one. Enjoy your lovely new rug!
I just had my kitchen floor redone and wanted to have a rug that went from counter to counter (8’x4’). There are very few places that let you select your size and this is it. The colors are vibrant and an appropriate thickness for a kitchen so we don’t trip on it.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! Congratulations on the newly redone kitchen floor — we're so glad we could help you find that perfect counter-to-counter fit. Custom sizing is something we're proud to offer, so it's lovely to hear it made all the difference for you. And you're spot on about the thickness: just enough to feel substantial in a kitchen while staying low and trip-free. Thank you for choosing JUSTRUG — enjoy your new rug!

The color was different from what I expected. I thought it would be more-so mushroom brown-bronze but it is actually a caramel camel tan golden brown. Although it’s not what I was expecting, I do love it! And the quality is excellent!
Hi, and thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're delighted you ended up loving your custom size printed rug, even though the caramel-camel tone turned out a little warmer than the mushroom brown-bronze you had pictured. It means a lot to hear the quality lived up to your expectations. Enjoy your beautiful new rug, and thank you for choosing JUSTRUG!
Amazing quality and craftsmanship! Absolutely love my new rug, and can’t wait to get the larger sizes! Looks exactly as it is shown online. wonderful experience!

Easy order, great quality and fast shipment. Only downside is the fiber s have a sheen which based on direction can make the carpet look dirty/smudged.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We're so glad the ordering process was easy, the quality impressed you, and your rug arrived quickly. We also appreciate your note about the sheen — it's a natural characteristic of the fibers, and the way light catches them can shift depending on direction and the pile's lay. Thank you for choosing JUSTRUG, and enjoy your new rug!
