The print quality and soft-touch paper were excellent. However, given the premium price, I was disappointed with the finishing quality. Every invitation arrived with noticeable remnants from the manufacturing process still attached to the edges. Instead of clean, finished cuts, there were visible perforated tabs and bumps that made it obvious the invitations had been separated from a larger sheet. The edges looked unfinished, which took away from what was otherwise a beautifully printed product. For a premium invitation, I expected a much cleaner final finish.

For this round of orders, I had someone helping me place the repeat order with new art. The first time I ordered these, I had to reach out for help and got it. This repeat order I was having trouble trying to figure out how to reorder. There was no "reorder" button, so I could just press reporder, upload the new art and make the process fast and not bother anyone, but there is no reorder button with new artwork.... so I had to reach out. I got excellent service and got what I wanted. I fogot to say not to seal the envelopes but that was on me. The items worked and were cool looking.
