I bought a s142 model in January. Unfortunately just about 2 months later the keyboard started acting up on me and it completely lost connectivity with BT and the dongle. Tried resetting it and updating drives to no avail. Contacted support and they quickly got me through the warranty process and sent me a new set of s142. Thank you so much for that.
Very easy to submit a ticket to speak with someone if you have any issues. They are prompt, and care about any issues that you might have, as well as, care about the customer. Mike was able to lead me to a solution quickly and accurately, as well as provide me with further in depth details regarding possible functions within the game. Definitely a company with employees who care more about the gaming experience, and gamers more than the coin!
Want to know what makes being a Redragon customer so amazingly cool? Two things. Performance and support. It had been quite a while since I needed help with my Redragon Predator. It simply performed as expected. However recently I could not get it to program a macro I needed to enjoy my game. So, I found an old email from Redragon support, cleared the subject line and replaced it with a line indicating the new issue, with details in the body concerning the issue. In less than 24hrs support responded with a warm greeting and the solution. They also followed up to ensure that the solution WORKED. (it did) I can buy a fancy mouse anywhere these days, but support that treat's you this good? That's not so common and THAT is why I remain a Redragon customer. They don't forget you after the sale they treat you like family.
Purchased a RD keyboard becuase of the multiple options for lightings, as well as versatility with inputs (bluetooth, hard wired, 2.4ghz dongle). Feels great on the hands and the macros make it very customizable. I use this thing for work, school and gaming. the company also stands behind their product. Months into owning the keyboard, I started to encounter random software issues. I reached out directly to RD and they helped me resolve the issue almost immediately.
