The website was super cute and easy to follow. I ordered three swimsuits. Wasn't sure how they would fit because according to the size charts, I'm an 1XL in the bust, but a medium in the bottoms. Going with the bigger size was the correct choice, because the bottoms still ended up fitting well. But I accidentally got one in a 2XL instead of all 1XLs. The exchange process wasn't what I was used to with other sites, where you click on your order and they have a return/exchange button. Instead I had to email them, which I wasn't super excited about at first, but they ended up getting back to me super fast and the whole thing was actually super easy!

The package arrived quickly and in good condition, and the provided tracking link was really helpful. The swimsuit is good quality and the fabric feels nice. I ordered a bikini from Retro-Stage that arrived defective – the adjustable hook doesn't lock properly when fastened, so it gives no support at all. The size (XL) was also too big, so I asked for an exchange to size L.
I contacted them by email right away, then followed up with a reminder after no response. Still nothing. I then reached out via their live chat, where I was told to check my spam folder and that their after-sales team usually replies within 24 hours on business days..
They said that since I'd already been waiting a week, my case was escalated internally for review.
That was days ago, and I still haven't heard anything — not by email, not otherwise. It's now been well over a week with a defective, wrong-size item and no resolution in sight. Very disappointing customer service for what should be a simple exchange..

I ordered a vintage style nightgown and loved the design, it arrived fairly quickly and the fabric and the color was like the pictures. Overall great quality! Ordered a size XL, because the reviews said no stretch and I was afraid a L would be too small but it ran a bit big on me, so I contacted customer service they responded quickly, and were very kind and went out of their way to resolve the inconvenience. I ordered a swimsuit that was a little small. Should be no big deal to return as the website says you can do returns. It has been a tremendous hassle. They offered to exchange it in size if I pay them $14. Next offer- write us a positive review and we'll send you the new size with no charge. Next offer- exchange for $14, keep it and get an $8 refund, or pay for the return. I don't mind paying shipping on the return. I do mind the hassle to get to this step. I will never order from them again. It is a violation of Trustpilot to offer customers a benefit in exchange for leaving a review. Don't believe any of the positive reviews.

The response to my email was very quick. The individual that responded to me was able to help me and made my shopping experience great! They came up with the most effective and least expensive way to solve the issue that I had which was that the item I purchased was a little too small. Beautiful designs, I got a couple of nice bikini. They were exactly as described on the website, so I really loved them. Usually I wear an L, but the bottom part was slightly tight on me (maybe because of my African shaped body), so I requested a change of size. The customer service via email is extremely efficient. I got a reply and successful change of size in 24h.
Although I was skeptical at the beginning, I will definitely explore more the website and make more purchases!
