I’m a singer and often do vintage style bookings so RS is ideal for the look I want to achieve.
From the moment you place the order you ‘re kept informed as to the status of your purchase and sent a tracking link once dispatched.
The quality of the garments is fab I always wait with excited anticipation for the arrival of my latest choice.
Recently I ordered a dress (1960’s) unfortunately it’s too small 😔 however I emailed the service address and I’m thrilled with the quick response.

In my experience with retro stage their sizes do run smaller..
But I informed customer service of my dilemma and maybe wanting to exchange for a different style they responded swiftly and made the exchange process so easy and hassle free

The 4.2 rating this company has is so misleading. I did all my research attempting to avoid buying clothing from China. Why… because American women are built different. We are generally full chested, figures are full and with a healthy look. I depended on the reviews and my research. Lo and behold I received my purchase ( a dress) made for a little girl. Never again. I’ll stick with Saks, Rue La La, Gilt,… I’ll never order from unrecognizable companies.
I was offered 15 to returned to getting another little girl’s dress.

My experience with retro stage has been really good. I ordered a swimsuit for my daughter and was a bit confused by the difference in women’s sizes between the US and the UK, in the end I ordered a size to large.
