The jumpsuit i ordered fit horribly, and the shoes I ordered do not clasp around the ankle the way they were supposed to. Both items had major problems, and their refund/ return policy is absolutely horrid. It is meant to screw you over 100 %. My order was almost 90 dollars and they offered me 25 dollars and I could keep it, or they would send me a free swimsuit. Or I had to pay to return it to them. It has taken almost a month just to resolve it. And I never recieved any more information about the swim suit or when it will arrive. They do not care about satisfaction, only that they get to keep the money. It is so infuriating talking to their customer service. It was a horrible experience and I think that they should be putting more effort in to be easily contacted for these kind of situations. I am overall just extremely upset. 90 dollars is a lot for stuff that doesn't fit and is already broken.

Amazing customer service
I ordered the polka dot one piece in a white medium from retro space, unfortunately it didnt fit, despite it not fitting, the fabric felt extremely comfortable and it looked exactly how it did on the website, it was very well made and the details were all perfect. The order came in good time aswell despite my location being quite far from the dispatching location.
I emailed retro stages support to attempt to return and exchange, Yomi was the person to get in contact with me and they were beyond helpful, the responses were fast and they offered to let me keep the medium and pay only 15 euro for a new one, this saved so much time and hassle (and money) with posting the medium back to its sending location, Yomi was also very kind and understanding as I was barely in line with the 2 week exchange dates period, but this wasnt a problem at all and Ive still been given the opportunity to get my new size. I look forward to its arrival and the swimsuit is absolutely gorgeous!!!

The items seem good quality and well designed online, especially intriguing with decent pricing BUT the fabrics weren’t lined up properly, cheap material and when I went to return the items only wanting to keep 2 costumes that were semi-decent enough to use for my holiday, the returns process if going though many emails to them to even start the return and then cost £51 to return from the UK as they are in US! Utterly ridiculous never ordering again and wouldn’t recommend others to either!!!!
