I had to search for my delivery using the tracking number with our USPS mail lady. She called the local post master to use GPS with the tracking number on my order. The mail lady was able, with a GPS locating delivery Site, to retrieve my Ross Simon package. It was located about three to four houses down our street sitting on a front porch for two days. I was very upset as this was an expensive purchase for me. It took two days of working with USPS to finally locate my purchase. Please consider using UPS or FedEx for Ross Simon deliveries. USPS is not always reliable.
