This is my second RC lift kit

This is my second RC lift kit, I love'em, except this time I did not receive all the parts. Other than that it would have been 5star.

So close to greatness....

The website is great and easy to navigate, their products are well made and durable, their provided instructions are almost worthless. The way they're written, they would be useful and illumenating to someone who's on their third or fourth install, but for a first-timer they're confusing and seemingly missing vital steps. Packaging may be worth taking a look at as well. When my bumper arrived, most of the other peripheral boxes containing the lights and misc brackets had been beaten to death and rorn to shreds by the bumper. Amazingly nothing was broken, but easily could have been.

Bought a soft roll up tanaeu cover for my 2026 f350 super duty installed like instructions and video said doesn't sit properly by the tailgate a small gap by the tailgate and a small gap on each corner in the front

I purchased front & rear shocks for a…

I purchased front & rear shocks for a 2004 suburban. I was surprised to see that they didn’t have dust covers like the Monroes I removed from the vehicle. Then the rears shocks bushings and sliding pin are thinner and so I had to collapse the framing to take up the slack. The front shocks were missing a bushing kit for the upper mount, I reused what I already had. The ride itself is comfortable in comparison to the previous parts used.

The materials and quality of…

The materials and quality of construction was very nice, however the instructions are pretty much useless. They’re not informative enough for a novice installer. Especially when paired with the cradle. It needs to better detail orientation of the brackets or labeled driver / passenger side. Toward the front or rear of the vehicle. Simple orientation instructions will save an hour on the install trying to figure this out by looking for videos and calling customer support (which actually gave me the wrong advice). :(

Cover is nice, hardware not so much

Cover is nice! Do not like the hardware. I can tell the ‘slides’ are going to be a problem trying to get cover on and off.
