Land Cruiser Steps
The steps are well built, arrived timely, and they look great. My only complaint was the directions weren’t in the box. It wasn’t rocket science to figure out so all good. They are installed and look great.

2 Broken-Won’t Try Agaim
The first one broke as we were installing it. We assumed that must have been an error on our part so we ordered a 2nd one. It broke after being on for less than a month. Very disappointing.

Will not except a return for refund of a new product never installed. Still in box.
I bought a new 2026 Ram 2500 which only comes in 2 bed sizes Long and short beds. I knew I did not have a long bed, so I ordered the short bed. What I received was something different. It did not fit. Just try and return something to Rough Country. Nope, Sorry, You ordered it. Not our fault our website is wrong. We Don't care you are out 2 grand. Good bye. They are so pleasant. - NOT It is a real nice way to do business. So now I have a useless truck bed cover that is brand new in the box. That I cannot use. Never again. And if you have money to waste, please order from them. Just be wear. NO SERVICE. They just don't care. Not like a 2026 Ram bedcover will go out of style.
