The 2" leveling Struts are great on my 2026 Silverado 1500LT. I had Rancho Struts on my previous Truck and The Rough Country N3 Struts ride much better, a Great Ride as a matter of fact. The under seat storage and bed mat are also well made, fit well and at a competitive price. Thanks
I ordered seat coverage for my husband for his birthday. I did not do a very good job remembering the difference in the changes from 2019. Mr. Joshua Binkley was there to take my call, walk me through options, and process my refund, per my husband’s request. UPS wasn’t super easy, but Joshua was able to get me a code for that as soon as possible and that also helped tremendously! We appreciate his efforts and I will return for future purchases.

I ordered on there Web-Site. I ordered...a hard roll up bed cover, bed mat and a Tailgate seal kit. Everything went smooth with the order, and everything fit perfectly and looks great. My only concern is, the rubber on the bed cover that rest on top of the bed is not resting flat. I hope the sun and the heat will eventually flatten the rubber with a smooth look.
It appears your website auto corrected my address from Dr to Rd and left off suite 7. That was corrected with FedEx. No apparently, FedEx has an issue with my package and their professional integrity.

I received the box and it was damaged with part hanging out. The parts are all scratched up. Very disappointed to think I get this junk after waiting 4 months.
The bed mat was heavy duty rubber. Perfect fit. The only suggestion would be to roll up the mat so it is easier to install. It is actually rolled up backwards which makes for a somewhat difficult install.
Every thing was exactly what I needed. Would like to get some stickers if possible
Easy to find what I was looking for and order. My product showed up quick and it appears to be great quality (not surprising). Still need to install but if it is like the ones that I have had in the past, I have no doubt that it will be top notch.
The self taper screws you sent were horrible quality and not strong enough to drill into the bracket frame.not the best fitting plastic and has gapping do to the carpet fender liner structure.

Process of ordering and receipt were fine. The quality and installation instructions received were not a 5. It doesn't sit flush and the additional locking pins you included go to nothing. So overall I would give you a 5 on ship/receive and 3 on product quality.
Overall very good experience buying Jeep XJ ball joints from Rough Country. Shipping was fast, communication clear, and the product looks to be well made. I would have left 5 stars but for the packaging. The box was secured with just two little staples, no tape at all, and the contents weren’t cushioned securely. By the time it got here the staples had pulled through, the box was open, and it was only because of careful handling by the carrier that all the pieces arrived intact. I recommend more attention in the shipping department!
