There was no mention of a special tool( nut setter) in the add/ordering process. That should have been said, also the bracket with 2 holes did not designate which hole to use, trial and error. It works as should, we'll see how long it lasts. But a little pricey.

Item was exactly as described. Arrived on time and Im good condition. Additionally I had ordered a Rough Country lift from a separate vendor and items were missing. I contacted Rough Country customer service and they made it right.

I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado on a 6 inch rough country lift. I had to re-order lower control arm cam bolts ! I’ve been hung up on. I’ve been told four times by four different phone calls to torque them to 130 foot pounds the very first phone call I was told it was 240 pounds so as you can imagine, I was very overwhelmed in every individual I spoke to told me what they would do but could not give me an actual recommended rough country torque spec eventually after six or seven calls I did get confirmation and an email showing the directions for the original lift kit install and it is 240 foot pounds of torque, but whatever backward hillbilly argued with me telling me to torque my lift on 35 inch tires with a 54 mm offset to 130 foot pounds of torque is crazy and sorry for any misspelling. I am talking to text the people they hire to speak to customers might very well be living in their mom‘s basement outside of that, I love their products. I would be embarrassed as the owner of this company . Not to mention the damage this has caused to my truck . My cam bolts have been popping and now I have to fix all the rounding to the tabs🫣 and of course there will be no help from them paying for this . Do these people even have their GED ! If the guy who hung up on me sees this please call me back I will take a road trip . Also this lift has been on my truck for two years so I did not have original directions other wise I would have looked it up myself .
