Ordered the 1.75 inch leveling kit, parts were shipped in two parts, which I didn’t expect. Once I received I had a local dealership install. They had no issues with the install and truck looks great and drives great.
Everything we ordered was as advertized; the under seat storage, the step, running boards, and tonneau cover are all just great. They were all easy to install and look terrific!

It was easy. A quality product with uncomplicated installation. When my son suggested it for my new Gladiator, it was a no brainer. It arrived a few days after order and took about 90 minutes to install/fine tune. Could not be happier. Thanks!

Just what I wanted, right when I wanted it.
From ordering to delivery to install, I had a good experience.
One of the items I ordered was the item that allows the tailgate to go down by itself. One of the retaining clips that keeps it attached to one of the brackets was broken, so the pneumatic piston won't stay on the designated post. I've called customer service a couple of times and relayed the issue. I get put on hold then the call disconnects. The issue remains unresolved.
Not what as described. It didn’t say texture. Also had to pay to ship back when slot of other companies have free returns. Will not use again. Will go with Amazon instead
I ordered the wrong size. They were soo helpful even though it was my mistake, they helped me correct it and send me correct size without penalty.
Did not send me all screws, didn’t send me A and B clips, i called for questions and was not answered, its a shame because i bought my 6 inch lift kit for my silverado from RC, 2 inch Rear blocks, but they did not satisfy me with the Wheel well liner shipping and handling process whatsoever
Great wheel and tire package shipped right to my front door. While installing them I experienced an issue, one lug nut wasn't threaded. I contacted them and in just a few days they sent an entire set of lug nuts with a new wrench. Customer service is top notch. Tires and wheels ride great and looks awesome. Thanks Rough Country for the nice addition to my ride
