The upper ball joints I received had the bushings sticking out way out of spec and could not install them onto my truck
The product quality is excellent but…
The product quality is excellent but the instructions were somewhat lacking. I ordered the F150 front bucket seats and the rear split bench covers, the front looks great, the rear bench seat back has a seatbelt that the cover doesn’t seem to be capable of accommodating. As I checked out, the site recommended floor mats but I assumed it was for the type of truck I indicated but won’t work with mine, that’s my fault for not paying closer attention
Great Company to Deal With!

The quality of the tunnel cover is really good. It’s better than ones that are a lot more expensive.

Awesome Equipment Installed
Everything that I received whether the trifold tonneau cover (no leaks) the bed mat (no more slipping and sliding in my truck bed) and now the rear seat storage bin fit perfectly! All Excellent Quality!
Fair purchase
That is was made aware the there would not a be a back charge on an item I sent back because I reordered the same item but shorter. It was a bed cover. Thanks.
Package fails!
Great experience until the package was delivered. Package needs to be better to survive the trip.
TAPE YOUR BOXES SHUT
Great product so far. Good price, fast shipping. Only problem was that the box it came in was not taped shut so parts could have easily fallen out during delivery.
Horrible customer service
They have repeatedly sent us the wrong struts with lift kits and it takes 2-3 days to receive new ones...so in the mean time our lift is tied up at our shop and the customers have no vehicle. They are unwilling to help get them to us sooner due to the weight, but also wont split them up and overnight them separately like other companies have done. Will not purchase RC products again.
Easy to order was shipped fast but only…
Easy to order was shipped fast but only issue I had was the exhaust was very difficult to install and I have installed a lot of exhaust system the parts just didn't want to go together but after all done it sounds good.
Alot of metal filings on top of cover
Alot of metal filings on top of cover, which scratched the finish during shipping,

The product came quick and well packaged. Simple to put together and well designed. I'm very pleased all the way around. I would definitely recommend this tonneau top to any one.
Thumbs Up!
Did just what I expected. My items no longer slide around in my bed. Good price compared to others and fits great. Easy order and fast shipping. Would recommend.
