Order of 1 line item took 4 days to be fulfilled. Shipped with incorrect/damaged label which needed to be remedied via Fedex. Got two passenger side mounting brackets which made modification of the driver side mounting bracket necessary in order to install brake lines. However the brake lines were fairly priced and work well.
The instructions, while simple, could have had better photography in the photos. It would have been much more clear as to the location and orientation of the mounting plates. All in all, it was a simple install and works quite well.
I bought a tow hitch for my 2026 Jeep Rubicon and by some crazy way got two, 2 different days, charged to card twice. They were awesome to get it straightened out. I wanted an electric side for that Jeep, my Jeep dealer recommended Rough Country step, they ordered it and installed it. Totally awesome. I've had the expensive AMP Research electric step before, this one much nicer and better price even professionally installed. Thanks guy

very nice product, easy to install. the only problem is the shipping not on rough country side but FedEx sucks. they lost my packages spent 2 days in dallas . showed up 2 days late, and FedEx was not help at all

I ordered a 3.5 inch lift kit for my 2026 silverado. Received the kit on 8/3. The ordering ,shipping and customer service were great. I opened the boxes and was very surprised that the rear lift blocks were a polymer plastic. Those will not work for me. I cant put my family in my truck and haul or tow anything knowing that would be a major failing point. So after trowing those in the trash I had to order a $70 steel set from your competitor. disappointed in the product. Frustrated to delay my install as I had the install and an alignment shop scheduled.
