The great customer service that answered very specific questions about size and weight. The product speaks for itself. I now have two kits from RTS that are very different but both very high quality.
Awesome Dump Pouch
The shipping was pretty quick which is an added bonus. When I picked it up and looked it over, the material was of good quality as well as the stitching was great. It was petty easy to attach the dump pouch to my duty belt. With the mag pouch outside of the dump pouch it not only freed up some more space on my duty belt it doesn't take up any room inside of the pouch. Folds up pretty nice and I have it sitting low on the belt so the mag doesn't dig in to my side as well. The opening is just enough to put things in and get them out without having anything come out of the opening. The thigh strap is an added bonus too to keep everything from moving around when you are moving. It does what they say it does. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a quality dump pouch and needs to free up some space too. The only thing I would add to it is, where the elastic retention is for the magazine I try using a kydex insert because through normal usage it could tear. But it still does the job. I'm very pleased with this quality dump pouch. I give it a solid 5 out of 5 stars.

Bad return policy and side panel fit
I followed the size chart and preferred a large soft armor compression shirt with side panels. Do not do this. The side panels insert horizontally and sit low, so the your vitals are all exposed. Additionally, they're very long horizontally, so they create a bell shaped shirt by holding the front and back panels away from the body. Definitely not concealable. The day it arrived I contacted them to set up a return, since I found a better fitting shirt with a different company, but they would only offer a 1 time exchange for a different size. I'm pissed about their customer service. They cited a concern about the integrity of a returned panel. Understandable, but not if they'll accept it for an exchange. They only won't accept it for a refund. If you have a belly the side panels would fit, but still wouldn't protect your vitals from the side. I do not recommend them for the soft armor compression shirt. Edit: a manager saw this review and contacted me. She said the original customer service guy made a mistake and they do refund the soft panel shirts. Still one star because without trust pilot I would've been out $500. 5 stars for trust pilot.
