Things aren’t the same…

This used to be an amazing company with extraordinary benefits but as someone who’s been here for years I must say things have changed. The quality of my bras has diminished greatly. The wires coming out after one wash now. I have bras from 5 years ago holding up better than bras from 5 months ago. Then this new subscription plan in place to nickle and dime us something crazy. Although I can say it’s less robbery than the last one. It’s just different now and it’s sad because it was great having cute affordable options for my plus size body but it’s been such a hit or miss lately. Wanting to support RiRi can only take you so far. Please figure out why these wires coming out so soon. Reinforce them or something.

Ordering on Savage Fenty

There are good quality items on the site. The only thing I don’t like is how they allow us to use our credits. You loose money the way it’s done. Instead of being able to use it on anything even sale prices and getting the difference to purchase more you have to get the Bundles. Even that has you loose value. For example 1 credit= Monthly fee amount. A bundle that costs $99 is two credits, even with tax you are losing some of the value of the credit. The credits if you have been saving them should be the value by exact amount or we as the consumers loose money. I disagree with this approach.

Klarna is now working seamlessly on the website… App still needs to be worked on

For a period of time there was an issue with utilizing the Klarna app… Technically, it’s still an issue via the Savage Fenty app, but if you go directly online, it’s no longer an issue to connect Klarna. And that is fantastic.

I love the quality of the pieces

I love the quality of the pieces. Shipping could use work. I get a notification that it has shipped but not an exact date. My items are just delivered. I would like a shipping date so that I am home to receive my package.

Absolute worst site ever

Absolute worst site ever. I ordered 3 bras for 50 euros but didn’t know I was a member and there’s a monthly fee of 60 euros. The customer service couldn’t help me at all and they won’t pay the 60 euros back

The customer service rep I spoke with was able to update my years long issue of correct email. I was not receiving any emails or getting my perks. We had patiences with each other. Which goes a very long way. Thanks for correcting it and getting me my late bday perk. 😍😃
