Half my order wasn’t included in delivery, update emails indicated the remaining pieces were still pending - but when contacted for tracking info, customer service said the pieces were cancelled (though I received no such communication). I wasn’t charged, which is good, but these pieces were for a specific event and though I can reorder won’t be here in time. The inconvenience and the lack of communication is disappointing.
This is my 6th order. Always happy

I’ve been a member for 6 years and I’m canceling my subscription. These are the following reasons: I placed an order using 1 credit for a gown, I got confirmation order on its way. Then it was delayed no reason, then cancelled. My gown was repriced for 2 credits.So instead of honoring my purchase they cancelled my order. NOPE! I’m out! It’s your fault that you had the incorrect price on the item not mine. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THAT! SHAMFUL! ✌️ Models have changed back to Victory Secrets types. No longer have ADA models Fewer ethnic models which we ALL knew would happen when RiRi stepped down. Items no longer hot, very basic inventory. Zero rating not available 😒

It would've been nice to get a heads up on the change in credits. It would also be good to be able to bundle items for credits that are at least equivalent to the money we're paying for said credits, regardless if there's a discount on it or not. This new update will end my subscription. Also, the tarifs are ridiculous.
I have ordered from this website before and got proper shipping information on when my item would be in my mail box but I ordered almost two weeks ago and the site will not give me any shipping information. I am not happy with not knowing where my item is. I feel like my money has been stolen or thrown in the trash. I finally had to call the company and order again. Hopefully the second order will show tracking information soon! 😡
