For me it was not clear there was a subscruption that came with making an account until suddenly i got charged €59,95 something i can not afford at the moment. Besides that my order from the previous month got sent back due to the fact they forgot to put the adress information on the package (that is what the postal office said.). Luckily i got refunded for that quite quickly because they also did not have the item in stock anymore.
the experience was good but at times was a little confusing ...items had a price however after clicking on it a different price shows up for the other colors... should be all that items at the same price. also was not sure if my member credits were applied to the purchase or the total was in addition to my member credits

I only am leaving 2 starts because I genuinely loved your brand before you switched the way credits are used. I don’t normally do bad reviews. It’s not about the product totally. Only in regards to the way membership credits currently work now. I do not recommend coming a member anymore. I used to suggest it to everyone. Being able to save my credits and simply spend the amount I paid in… having check out accurately take that off… I don’t think that’s too much to ask. Currently, your $70 monthly pull only gives you 1 credit. It claims you can use it for something that much. You cannot. Nothing is currently in stock for that. Plenty of thing under that $70 that wants 2 credits! Hey, how about you want that $22 item?? Yah that’s 1 whole credit. I had 12 saved up. I normally only buy 1-2 times a year, saving my credits for when the sales are good so I can maximize my buck… again.. it’s money I put in. Anyway. Save your money. Literally. Keep it set aside in your head and just purchase it outright without a membership, even the couple extra bucks they charge without a membership will even out or still save you money. Changing the way memberships credits is probably great for short term financial gain for the company, but long term regular customers will likely decline, as it makes 0 financial sense. Love your brand otherwise. Will still shop sales without a membership. Sad day. Not to mention all the tariffs. Worst part is they only changed this about a month ago. Wish I would have used my credits sooner before this happened. Disgusted.
The interface for this isn't very user friendly. The website is lags as you're trying to shop Trying to figure out the difference between credits, and a cash balance vs the cost of the item whether using credits or store credit is difficult. How does an item that is on sale for $9.97 use up the same amount as half of a $70/month charge for a credit? For example, I have to use one credit to buy a pair of $10 underwear which is equal to about $35, or 1 credit. But if pay cash, and not credit, it's way cheaper. But why should I pay $10 when I've already paid $70 for the month? When the credit program started, you could really get your money's worth. Now it just feels scammy.

I enrolled in the Savage X Rewards Program last year. I paid for several months but could never order any items because my size was always out of stock. I saved up my membership credits and planned to use them when items came available. Now that my size is available, I was forced to sign up for the membership program again just to use my credits that I ALREADY PAID HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND I PROMISE TO TELL EVERY PERSON I CAN POSSIBLY TELL.
Shopping felt like a breeze and the new selection with bundling items and using my members credits is a Really nice touch!

Cute stuff, and good quality. However, the amount you pay for membership credits vs what you get back for them does not add up. It seems pretty unfair. $41 for a romper (membership price) or 2 membership credits (I guess based on the original price?) I think the original price was $59 or $69. Two (2) member credits total about $140. I will be cancelling this membership once I'm done using my credits. It doesn't seem worth it.
