After reviewing this potential issue, I see that you requested our 8 pack of free samples, which we offer for orders with a subtotal or $150-$224. Your order subtotal was $112. Rather than omit the free samples altogether, we sent a 4 pack of free samples, which would have included half of the fragrances you requested. A little hard to contact them but that hasn’t stopped me from returning more than once due to having great products and prompt service (orders are dispatched virtually immediately). All orders have arrived undamaged and carefully packaged! Did I also mention the variety of scents?! Amazing!

I have been with Save on Scents over 10 years... I witness over the past 2-3years, a change in oils.. A whole different mixture, that I discontinued selling.. Also , I My most recent purchase,(March 2019)... My whole Order Of Oils, seemed as they have been cut, their not lasting as long, and I always ordered the Extreme Version.. I ordered Bottles as well, and the last shipment, the Balls doesn’t work..I called immediately, I am so use to this company and my customers, but now, I’m not Happy with their Outcome in Oils!

Hello Kim, I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment. If there is ever an issue with an order, please contact us so that we can look into any potential issues. We never change any fragrant formulas without first notifying customers. There are a handful of fragrances that have been updated over the years when a specific material is no longer available or we find we are able to improve the scent of oil. However, we note those oils with a big red block of text to indicate what change was made and why. I do not see this to be the case with any oils in your orders either. If you think there is an issue with an order we urge you to get in touch with us right away. It is our job to make sure orders go out properly, or fix any issues that might arise. Very slow processing and shipping
Very slow processing and shipping, it took 2 weeks for me to get my order. Also the scents were not as expected, nothing like the actual scent of the fragrance.

We note on the sniffie sample page that these can take an additional several business days beyond the listed turnaround time. We also indicate that unless the customer selects an expedited shipping method, we ship sniffies for free via USPS First Class Mail. We try to make it clear that our sniffie samples have additional processing time, but I know that it can be a lot of information to absorb when you are first starting to order new products from a site you have not ordered from previously.
