terrible. I ordered 3 times from your website. First time all went well. 2nd and 3rd time i ordered, i was not informed that the product was actually out of stock. I had to enquire MYSELF and request a refund MYSELF. Never ordering on your website again.

Unfortunately I have an issue the first time I bought directly from the site. The order was supposed to arrive within 3 days and finally it took 8 days. After 4 days I contacted support, they only answered the 6th day. Support found out that part of my order was out of stock. For that part I received a refund. The other items I received the 8th day. I am pleased with the support, but not with the shipment department.
