Can't fault the service or the products at SiS. As others have mentioned, the opening for the Creatine is very small so most will struggle to get their hand in. I have decanted it into a container.

I recently wrote to SIS to explain this. I recently bought a box of Beta Carb sachets and when they arrived a number of the sachets were split and the box was full of powder. Which is annoying.
I didn’t see any indication that this was caused in transit. Packaging was in good condition and adequate.

Rego recovery shake vegan strawberry flavour works great after tough cycling 💪 or big nights out🍻 😀 it mixes easily in a shaker with water sometimes I mix water and milk at bedtime to slow absorbtion.

Good: the SIS Go bars are great and I've been using them for cycling for years. Please keep them Gluten and Dairy-free.
Bad: Evri are terrible. The courier left the box on our doorstep in full sight of the road without ringing the bell. Luckily I was in and spotted him running off. Only Royal Mail, UPS and FedEx do a proper job round here.
