I was having difficulty trying to purchase the insurance online with the flyer my granddaughter brought home so I called the number on the paper and the customer representative that I spoke with made the process of purchasing insurance for 1 year very easy!!

It was quick and easy to purchase the warranty; and costs a lot less than paying for a repair or damage. I know because I didn't get it last time and ended up paying about $175 for damages.
I haven't had to file a claim, thank God. The website is easy to navigate through and the coverage price was reasonable. I gave it three stars because one really won't know how well you're doing until a claim is filed.

A great option to Apple Care+ for us living in Puerto Rico. They (Apple) can sell us the stuff but not the extra warranty... Will definitely purchase again.
