Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I‘ve done 3 bookings with Seek Sophie so far and all of them were very well organized. Clear communication before each booking, everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.
Thanks so much, Ina! We’re really glad the communication felt clear and responsive — travel planning comes with plenty of questions, so we never think they’re annoying. Happy we could make the process a little easier for you.
The experience was perfect from start to finish the process was very straight forward and we had no problems finding the place and being picked up would definitely recommend
Thanks so much, Jack! Lovely to hear that everything came together so well. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and hope we can help you find something just as good next time.
We had a wonderful experience traveling with Sun as our driver from Chiang Mai to Chiang Dao and on to Chiang Rai. From start to finish, she was incredibly warm, polite, respectful, and caring. Communication was seamless—Sun was consistently punctual and always kept us updated on local road conditions and traffic ahead of time, ensuring our days ran smoothly without ever feeling rushed. What impressed us most was her flexibility: she went out of her way to adapt our schedule on the fly so we could maximize what we saw stress-free. Navigating the winding mountain roads of Northern Thailand can be daunting, but Sun made the drive feel completely safe and effortless. Along the way, she shared fantastic local tips, rich insights into the temples, and great recommendations that added a personal touch to our trip. If you are looking for a reliable, warm, and professional driver in Northern Thailand, we cannot recommend Sun highly enough. Thank you, Sun, for making our family trip so memorable!
Thanks so much for the heartfelt review, Scott! So glad Sun was such a good and accommodating driver. It means a lot when we are able to get our customers to confirm what we thought all along about our partners :) We’ll sure to share this with her.
Excellent planning and execution by the host. Hassle-free and easy to follow the itinerary. We had a great experience and all staff were friendly :) 10/10
Thanks for the review, Jared! Glad your trip went well!
Im a little hesitant to provide a review as the adventures or activities have been so good. Ssssh! The tours were away from the normal crowds and provided a different experience. So far we have done 4 activities and we feel like we have struck gold. We'll done Seeking Sophie!
So glad you liked the experiences that you want to gatekeep hahah! But we really appreciate you taking the time to review :)
I’ve booked activities with Seek Sophie twice in Bali, and both experiences were excellent—so much so that I gave them 5-star reviews each time. Their activities are thoughtfully curated, well organized, and make it easy to have meaningful experiences while traveling. What I especially admire is Seek Sophie’s mission and community-based approach. It’s wonderful to support a company that values local communities, responsible tourism, and genuine connections. I’ll be using Seek Sophie again to book activities in Yogyakarta, and I’m looking forward to discovering more of Indonesia through their platform. Highly recommended!
Thanks so much for the kind words, Michelle! It means a lot to us when our customers recognizes us for the efforts we have put in to make sure we are promoting local communities. And thank you for the trust! We look forward to hosting you on another experience soon :)
The experience was amazing. Guides were helpful and cheering. The views were emaculate without any rush or traffic, that was the highlight. We were hardly 10 people including guides.
Thanks for the review, Raghav! Glad it all went well!
I was able to find what I wanted to do from a wide variety of activities on SeekSophie with ease and convenience with booking.
Thanks for the review! Glad you could find everything easily!
We really enjoyed the local perspectives (Rinca village walk & hand line fishing), care and hospitality (extended time for our son to nap on boat while waiting for land transfer) from the guides.
Thanks so much for the review, Jun! Happy to hear you enjoyed your trip and could have your son along for the ride too :)
Great way to book more authentic experiences and appreciate local culture rather than mindlessly consume
Thank you, Kevin! That’s exactly what we are looking to help travellers with :)
Thank you, JA!
What a beautiful and gorgeous experience. The scenery, food, and people of Munduk were exceptional. It was a wonderful tour. From trying different fruit from the local market, and eating breakfast overlooking beautiful scenery, to swimming under waterfalls, and hiking through an ancient forest. I especially enjoyed the canoe across Lake Tamblingan, I felt very magical. I would recommend doing this tour and seeing what Munduk is all about!^^
Thank you for the review, Kippy! So glad you got to experience Munduk with our partners. It’s one of our fave experiences too!
I booked two experiences in Bali through Seek Sophie, and they were both outstanding. One was a visit to the firefly conservationist north of Ubud, the other was cheese tasting in Sanur. Both highly recommended!
Thank you for the review and for being a repeat customer, Erika! The fireflies experience is our fave!! Glad you got to meet Wayan :)
Only company which starts really early- and it's so worth it!! Super friendly contact! Amazing guides and Crew! Tiny group (7 by us) safety 🛟 and protection of the Wildlife and marine life is highest priority and also of the guests! Our guide even took care about other costumers of a different company which got somehow "lost" in the water(Snorkeling) by their guide!... Highly recommend this!! Don't think twice just go for it!!
Thanks for the review, Tanja! Glad your Komodo trip went well and you got to get there early and beat the crowds :)
We are so glad we found the Seek Sophie website. It was great to find a selection of tours that were run by locals trying to make a difference in their community. The booking and communication with the tour hosts was excellent. The Seek Sophie web site is going to be the first place we check for tours when we travel in the future.
We are so glad you found us too! Glad we could help make your trip special. Thank you, Kimba!
Ha Giang loop was great, beyond any expectations that I had! Landscapes will leave you wordless! Our tour guides Aly and Leo were truly amazing and they made us live the true Vietnam! I would recommend this trip to anyone, particularly with the extension to 4D4N which is fully worthy the time and price! SeekSophie (through Ha Giang Expeditions) makes this experience unique since they keep groups small, avoiding crowded and touristic places for a more authentic and deep trip!
Thank you, Valerio!! Happy to hear you enjoyed our Ha Giang trip with our fave partners. It is truly a unique experience and we love making it even more special for our guests by taking them away from the crowds :)
I was a bit skeptical as I’d never heard of seek Sophie, but everything was so well organized. Communication was clear and concise and the trip we got was an absolute dream. I would definitely recommend booking here!
Thank you for the review, Rianna! We are so glad you took the risk on us ;) please come back and see us again!
**Google Review** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We booked our 3-day, 2-night Khao Sok Lake tour through Seek Sophie. Unfortunately, several activities had to be cancelled due to weather and safety conditions, which was disappointing as they were a big part of the experience we had booked. What really impressed us was how Seek Sophie handled our feedback afterwards. They took the time to listen, discussed our case internally, acknowledged our concerns about the lack of alternative activities and communication, and ultimately offered a fair solution. Throughout the process, their communication was friendly, professional and genuinely customer-focused. Things don't always go according to plan when travelling, especially when nature is involved. What matters most is how a company responds, and in our experience Seek Sophie went above and beyond. Based on their excellent customer service, we would happily book with Seek Sophie again.
Thank you, Lianda. We really appreciate you giving us the chance to make things right after the weather disrupted your Khao Sok trip. We know it was disappointing to miss activities you were looking forward to, so it means a lot that you felt heard and fairly looked after afterwards.
We really enjoyed the boat trips and the food. The best part was the professional service and excellent care provided by the boat crew.
Thank you for the review, Jorge!
Easy to book, problem free and a great time.
Thanks, Jakub!
