The product I ordered was supposed to be a printed book of music. Instead it was a CD of the accompaniments for the book I wanted. The picture look3d like the book and the description was not clear that it was only a CD, and not the printed music
Great choices, especially picking songs in various keys. I use this website as well as JWPepper. Together I can find almost anything for SSA or Two Part choral works.
You sent music I ordered with priority shipping 1 MONTH LATE. No message from you about delay or an offer to cancel. I won't be using you again.
I found some music I was excited to find and ordered it. It arrived on time and in great condition. Great place to shop if you’re looking for sheet music.
fast, accurate, reasonable price
There is a good selection of music in the period I was looking for. I was able to get what I wanted. Delivery was OK. However the book of Baroque music I chose was badly printed with too much printed on each page making it very difficult to read. I am quite disappointed with the product.
This is a great resource, especially when looking for slightly different scores.
There were some minor problems with the sheet music I bought that I'd want to alert other users to by writing a review. However, reviews are not currently supported on Sheet Music Plus, even though there is some non-functional UI that misleads you into thinking that leaving a review is possible. I found this experience annoying, and it makes me less likely to want to use this site.
After waiting for a month for the music to arrive I received the rating request and raised a query to advise that the music hadn't been received. My query was responded to promptly by Amy who explained possible reasons for the delay, and the next day the music arrived!
I hasn’t used your website in years due to customer service issues years ago, and find the new website difficult to navigate, and the search function a pain. You did resolve a printed sheet music for me fast though, which I appreciate.
music book arrived in perfect condition .. on time .. very great buying experience
Hard to find books found. Prices were better than Amazon
Provided accurate feedback on the rime it would take for delivery. Product was in excellent condition.
I was expecting sheet music in a binder but got CDs instead. Very disappointed!!!
Thank you for your review. Looking at the details of your order, the products you acquired are explicitly identified as CD-ROM (PDF) items. Each item is titled as follows: "Celebration Hymnal - *Orchestral Part - CD-ROM (PDF)" Furthermore, in the Detailed Description section, they state: "Christmas. CD-ROM (pdf)." Should you wish to review our return policy, you can find it here: https://www.sheetmusicplus.com/en/help/returns.html
Everything went well from the ordering to the receiving of the product which was well packed for delivery.
I received the CD but not the sheet music.
Your extensive library makes you my go to place for sheet music. Come to think of it, there's some music I need to order - it's been two weeks since I opened the page to the music I want to order. It's still open, LOL!
I was happy to get the music we ordered but the wait time was very long and there were no updates to let us know if there was a problem. We ordered music for my son’s UIL competition and it got to us right under the wire.
I have ordered previously so I knew to allow for shipping time. The order arrived on time and everything was in order. Looking forward to our brass quartet accompaning the choir on this tune!
Package arrived on time. Good selection, advanced intermediate
