I used to love your site, but after it was redesigned, the website doesn't work. I had a wish list that I had compiled over a few years. I am a teacher. I actually had bought many things from that list, but after the the redesign, everything on the list was gone.
Not only that, when I painstakingly tried to recreate the list several times, over several hours, nothing was saved. I put things on the list and the next time they are gone.
There are other issues, but this is the main one. I actually try not to use your site at this point. It's too bad. I bought a lot of music through your site and was a loyal customer.

I bought two pieces, one was fine but the other was just a page with lyrics and a few chords written over top of the words. It was cheaper than the other piece which always actual sheet music, but I could have googled that for free. It was a Tom Waits piece that I wanted to read what’s in the record performance, not just see the changes.

I am pleased with the variety of music offered as well as the prompt delivery. I do find the new web page more tedious to locate the music I am looking for. I liked the other one better because it was easier to navigate

My experience was awful
My experience was awful. I could not sign in for some reason so I had to order as a guest.
Last year when I ordered I actually talked with a very nice lady who helped me submit my order. Now there is no way to actually speak with someone.
Now I’m patiently waiting for my order (s) to come. Last year when I had someone on the phone asking me questions, like “If a selection is not ready when the rest are do you want to hold all until the piece (s) are all in our warehouse”… my answer was wait and send all together please”…. Now I’ve been waiting for separate orders. I’m not happy with the way I cannot track my orders (s) I have spent a lot of money and I’m frantic that I will not receive my music.

While we do understand the interest in speaking to a live representative, we do encourage our customers to allow us to assist via email. Unfortunately, telephone conversations can be very lengthy and with a limited number of staff, this greatly reduces our ability to efficiently help a large number of customers at any given time. Fortunately, email provides the ability to properly investigate problems or research requests when needed, and this form of communication allows us to better able to rapidly respond to many, many customers in a very short amount of time.
At this time, all orders ship when all products are available; however, on the 24th of February we did a courtesy release of any on-hold products waiting to ship. Customers were not charged for this additional shipment.
According to our records, your order was dispatched from our US warehouse in 2 shipments on February 14th and February 29th via International Budget. Regrettably, this method of shipment does not provide tracking information or a tracking number. As mentioned on our website at the time of your order placement, this shipping option generally takes approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive in your country after departing from our warehouse.
Considering the estimated transit time, we kindly request your understanding and ask that you allow more time for the packages to reach their destination.

Great selection of classical guitar music, and nice to have my title downloaded imediately.
You had the Poulenc piece I needed. Even though reading has gone digital it is so nice to have paper music sheets. My friend said: play that Poulenc. I no longer had the music but you did! So thank you. It arrived in perfect condition. I used to know it from memory. You are reviving my piano playing days!

The Sheet Music i ordered ia a surprised birthday gift to my brother from the Philippines, he is a Music Teacher, he is one of your big Fan. One time i heard from him that he wanted to have the piece of Leron Leron Sinta but has no way where he could order the sheet. I researched in Google where i could get them, and finally i found your website, i ordered and sent to him thru my niece going back home.
