DMCA ignored, weak hardware

I have been using this service for 4 months. The main plus for me is that this hosting ignores DMCA, technical support responds quickly enough, prices are average. The only negative is the very weak hardware on the Malaysian server. I moved to Shinjiru from Fornex hosting due to DMCA issues. On Fornex, everything flew like a bullet for me, but here it slows down a lot, sometimes errors 504 or 502 occur. The tariff I took here is 2 times more powerful than on Fornex, and such problems. I don't even need that rate because I only use 1/5 of my ssd. Technical support can not help me in any way, I contacted several times on this issue. This is the main reason why I will leave for another hosting after the paid time.

We have used various offshore hosting providers and have moved all of our sites to shinjiru because their service is so good and their support is so generous. They are a long time and reliable company, and they provide 24 hour trouble shooting via Skype. I will continue to use shinjiru in the future.

Shinjiru Does Not Provide Refund. A company or business who is confidence in the product and services they offer will not hesitate to refund customer money. I have used many online services which did not argued a second to refund the money I paid them to the source the money came from. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN WITH SHINJIRU. When you pay them and realized that the service rendered is not as good as advertised, they will never refund your money. This is a dishonest and fraudulent business dealings analogous to RICO. This bit of information can safe your time, money and give you peace. Thanks.

@ TrustPilot. Why did you allow a review to be flagged by a company? I can provide evidence of my experience. I registered a domain since Jan 3rd. The domain was blacklisted immediately, let me say even before the IP was released. The domain was blacklisted by the strongest spam monitor system called SPAMHUAS. I had a long conversation with SPAMHAUS so I can be removed from the blacklist. Explaining to them that this domain never sent a single email before it was blacklisted. They offered great help but there is nothing they could do if my domain remains under Shinjiru Offshore Hosting networks and IP addresses. They made that clear to me. Till today, more than a month, the domain remained blacklisted. I can not send a single message, it will come back as mailer Daemon. I tried to transfer the domain to hostinger. I learned what I do not know before. The domain can not be transferred because it not a year old. And you will pay more than buying a new domain if you even get to transfer it. I have purchased many domain names and use them even in my email campaigns. I regret even know the name of Shinjiru Offshore Hosting. Yes, they are one of the oldest which accepted crypto and other payment method but their network and IP addresses are BLACKLISTED. Register and host a domain with Shinjiru Offshore Hosting and witness my experience. There are numbers of domain name and hosing companies these days which accept crypto currency and you may not need extra smtp to get your business email delivery into inbox everyday for a long time. So decide!!!

I noticed there has been two positive reviews for shinjiru after my January 2023 honest review and makes shinjiru network to be fine in just two days. That made me to recheck the service I bought from them to see if everything was okay. I just check now and found out that the domain name which was blacklisted by SPAMHAUS still remain blacklisted for 12 days now. So if you purchased and able used a domain registered with shinjiru in Jan 2023, kindly provide the domain so everyone can see what is going on with shinjiru with their own eyes or were you asked by shinjiru to give them fake positive review? imagine if you want a domain for a project, would you be able to wait for 2 weeks or maybe forever because SPAMHAUS blacklisting will never allow you to use a domain. THINK TWICE. SAFE YOUR TIME. LOOK ELSE WHERE.

ALL SHINJIRU NETWORK IS BLACKLISTED JAN 2023

I registered and paid for a domain on shinjiru on Jan 3rd 2023. The domain I registered was immediately placed on SPAMHAUS DBL(This is a very serious blacklisting). The domain could not send a single email, each time I sent a test email, it returned as mailer-demon, meaning you can not send email to anyone. I contacted SPAMHAUS who informed me that I am being hosted on a internet network which they call internet BAD NEIGHBORHOOD. SPAMHAUS clearly made it clear to me that in as much as my domain is purchased and hosted with SHINJIRU, my domain will remain blacklisted. Be careful not to experience what I experienced on SHINJIRU. They wasted my first week of January and still till today the domain name remain blacklisted. IF you purchased a domain from shinjiru and host it with them in 2023, be expecting to waste your time and money. To make things worse, you will not be able to buy the same domain name any where else except you are willing to spend extra money or wait after one year so you can be able to buy the domain after it expires. Below this line is message I received from SPAMHAUS when I asked them the reason why a domain registered just 5 minutes earlier was blacklisted.... Thank you for contacting Spamhaus DBL Removals, You may want to take into consideration that your domain is in an Internet "bad neighborhood" that has shared (or inevitably will share) its negative reputation with your domain. This may be due to the DNS server, the hosting service, t e IP used, or some combination of these and other factors. This cumulative negative reputation has an adverse affect on any related domains, including the domain that is the subject of this removal ticket. It is likely that removing this domain will be only a temporary measure until the other issues are addressed.

Absolutely wonderful company

Absolutely wonderful company. I cannot praise this company enough for their amazing customer service. When you message them on skype, they respond and they will walk you through any steps that's needed to assist with your website. They've been nothing but great to me. I haven't had virtually any downtime for my website other than the usual server maintenance. I'm definitely a customer for life. They even assured me that should I run into issues with my website, they would be able to move me to a different server and a different country. That type of personal touch that you can't find with other big name hosting companies has made me realize that they are the best out there.
