I ordered God Loki and he was on my doorstep in 2 days. The box was in perfect condition and it made a great experience for my first hot toy purchase. Im already planning on getting more.

Beware Your Shipping Address
After waiting for the customary 7 days, I find that the delivery was to the wrong address. Customer Service instructed me to go (all the way) back to said address & see about retrieving it. From a place I haven't been to in 8 years? Basically, 10 days after the fact? The end of the email was punctuated with telling me (paraphrased) they're not doing anything, so eat it (hyperbolic, but you get the idea). So, I'm out a lot of money & frustrated. Hell, I should have gone to a strip bar. At least there I could see it front & live. Not to mention being within a whisp of air of touching it. Now I'm scared to death the 2 other (EXPENSIVE) preordered items are going to get the same treatment. I'm starting to think I should go back to eBay & take my chances with that lottery win. At least there I know I'll receive "something" in the mail.

I ordered the QS018 for a birthday gift for my Nephew, you guys,shipped me a TMS043 instead , when I contacted Sideshow they told me I have to send photos ( like I would lie about it) and they will not ship out until they get the return. Missed birthday deadline! Thank you for not caring about you long-time customers. Very disappointed. They didn't even offer anything for this major inconvenience.

This will be the 12th Side Show Poster I have Purchased and this is the Best Poster yet. It came well packaged shipped on time. The poster just POP's. It is so Bright and the colors are fantastic. I would recommend this to everyone. But there is only 500 copies I think

Sideshow is awesome, total fail for Hiya
Sideshow is awesome. The figure arrived in excellent condition and packaged perfectly. Hiya though had a total miss. The face print and sculpts are flat and awful. The paint applications were terrible. For a $130.00 figure the expectation is higher. Hiya totally failed.
