The customer service support made true…
The customer service support made true to their word to resolve the recurring problem of my remittance and they made true to their promise to update me on a timely manner. The attitude towards the communication process was professional and with respect. This is very important for clients like me. Also, the timely manner of communication for customer service support on a working day is smooth. I will always use Sky Remit because they are trustworthy and they try their very best to make suitable solutions to important matters of remittance problems along the way.
Avoid - Skyremit switched Banking partners
I would strongly advise others to be very careful before using SkyRemit. I have communicated with SkyRemit through WeChat. They previously used DBS for payments, but they switched to Nium. In my case, the transfer to my bank in South Africa was rejected because the wrong intermediary banking code was used. I have the SWIFT GPI tracker, UETR number, proof of payment, and the transaction timeline showing exactly what happened. The payment was rejected in August, yet more than USD 3,000 is still stuck and has not been returned to me. What makes this worse is that it has been extremely difficult to speak to a real person who can take responsibility, explain where the funds are, and give me a confirmed refund date. This has caused me a huge amount of stress. Until SkyRemit can resolve cases like this quickly and provide proper real-time support when large amounts of money are involved, I personally would not use them again and would not recommend them to others.

Extremely Slow Verification and Poor Customer Service
Very disappointing experience with SkyRemit. I submitted all the required documents, including my Canadian passport, Chinese visa, and salary receipt with official company stamp, but the verification process is still taking an unreasonable amount of time. The review should have been simple and fast, but instead there was poor communication and no clear explanation about the delay. Customer service was not helpful and kept making me wait without giving any proper update. For a financial service handling people’s money, verification and support should be much more professional and efficient. I expected far better service than this.

Zero customer service response and missing money.
Opened an account and they gave me a WeChat account of one of their staff. After making a transfer it said completed but I hadn't received anything. I ask her about it. 2 hours and still no response. They have a customer service WeChat as well. Automated response saying their busy. An hour later and still no response. Very poor service and leaves me wondering where my money went.
