Overall high quality and easy to use. But I can't get the 40° tilt function to work even though the locking screw is almost completely unscrewed.

I bought the 3 suction cup mount thing for cars. Its actually amazing and i love it so much. I can get such cool shots with it. It sticks to my car windows really well and is very stable. Also very easily customisable wich I like.

This tiny mic blew me away. The quality and the portability is top tier. The audio when you play it back is clear and crisp. It definitely hones in on your voice and ignores most if not all the ambient sound depending on what you're looking to record. If you want the background noise it picks up the sound without it sounding scratchy and messed up.

Whilst the product itself seems ok, the buying, delivery, & customer service offered was awful.
Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive with no contact from them.
When I chased them, all I received was emails with just lie after lie.
I minute it was on it's way, the next they were waiting for a response from me & it was on hold!
When I asked them to cancel the order, they said it was too late as it was on it's way.
Certainly won't be using them again.

It is part of the order I had purchased. The remaining order is being shipped at a later date, unknown. Which is a disappointment as I’m leaving town in a week and wanted to use the new lens.

The power bank works well and does what it's supposed to. However, I'm somewhat disappointed with the choice of material for the casing. It feels very cheap for an otherwise great product. I definitely see room for improvement there. Additionally, the position of the USB-C connector is very inconvenient. It would be much better at the top or bottom.

Overall, I had a very positive experience.
Unfortunately, several days passed beyond the promised shipping timeframe after I placed my order, and I didn’t receive any updates. When I contacted customer support, they explained that the delay was caused by a problem with their order processing system.
Since my filming schedule was approaching, I asked if they could expedite the shipment. From that point on, they responded quickly and made every effort to ensure the product arrived in time for my shoot.
The delayed shipment and the lack of proactive communication were definitely negative points. However, I appreciate how hard they worked to make up for the issue, and the product itself is excellent. Those factors are why I’m giving this rating.
I would be happy to purchase from them again.

Terrible service terrible delivery time terrible product selection and options. I’m pretty savvy so the fact that I got tricked into buying the wrong product due to the non friendly user experience makes sense.
