Smartphone is the answer to unused electronics laying around the house
I was using another app to try to sell my iPad Pro. I was getting plenty of traffic, but no offers and of course no sale. The other app introduced me to Smartphones and they made an immediate offer that I was very pleased with. Communication was superior because I was having trouble erasing my phone and then the USPS lost my iPad within their system. Once received, the iPad checked out and they honored their initial offer. They even offered me a rapid-pay option and the fee for the service was very small. I filled out the online form, submitted it and the money was in my bank account before I could open my banking app. The whole process was smooth and professional. I would use them again and I recommend them to my family and friends.

Easy process
The only minor issue was that I ordered packing materials from SmartphonesPLUS and it took 9 days for the materials to arrive. During that 9 days I received frequent emails and texts reminding me to ship my phone to them (maybe hold off on those reminders until confirming that the shipping materials have been received). Other than that, when SmartphonesPLUS received the phone they paid quickly and in the amount that was quoted. Overall, I would recommend.

This experience of selling my phone to you was super awesome. They paid me exactly what they said they would pay me, if my item was in flawless condition. Unlike some companies that fabricate, and claim it has scratches or something to reduce the offer. Also I didn't even pay for the expedited payment method, and it only took 2 days after they received it. If I have to sell any phone again, there's no other company I would use but Smartphoneplus.
