There process for mailing in devices is simple and easy. The price they estimate when you sell a device seems fair and consistent. SmartphonesPLUS will even buy your device for more than the estimated value if when they inspect it they find the condition is better than what you thought. Fast processing too.

old samsung phone-good price
We had an old samsung galaxy phone. Based upon our online description, they offered to purchase for a reasonable price, being that it was so old. They send free mailing label. We mailed it in and we got paid same price via paypal. There was no price haggling as I've had with other companies. It was excellent!

Great Experience with one exception
They are easy to work with and provide a fair market price for the device, the only change they need to make to make it a 5 star review would be use a better shipping company to ship the device to them.

Communication was the key factor
Communication was the key factor. I had to call customer service about the shipping issue with the USPS and some other questions I had. The gal that I talked to was professional and cared about the issues I had going on. The pricing was fair and honest.
