Knowledgeable Help From Smilebox Folks
I explained my problems. At least 2 different parties who understood my questions answered and helped me through the process needed to clear things up. I got knowledgeable advice. Moreover, they stayed on a positive note in guiding me through my problems. I am convinced all parties on your end really and genuinely respected me and were committed to satisfying me. Olha and Marie were just fantastic in their efforts to help me. 5 stars!

A Service that Truly Delivers Smile
I am a senior citizen that is retired. The use of electronic services can be complicated for many folks, such as me, but with a service like SmileBox it is great to know that help is always there. The customer service folks are always available to offer service that is understandable and directly relevant to your questions.

I had let my subscription lapse
I had let my subscription lapse and was not sure how to renew it without losing my previous projects. I was able to read through the common questions asked and found the appropriate information for the first part of my query. Then left an email message for my second part, and received a prompt reply which enabled me to access some of my previous projects which I had not been able to access.

Great App!
I have used Smilebox for many years. It is the best video cards/invitation/slideshow app I have used. The customer service is excellent. They are always helpful and prompt to reply. I highly recommend Smilebox.

I went from disappointed to very happy.
I had forgotten about my annual subscription, and when I was charged for the upcoming year, I asked for a cancellation and a refund. At first the refund was denied, but then without any further prompting from me, another customer service rep issued a refund. My experience went from dissatisfied but resigned to very happy. It made a difference in how I would recommend this business to others.

The cards are lovely, with music, designs, and customizable features. Additionally, when I reached out via email to customer service, Maria was very helpful and responsive regarding my subscription.

Help and customar service…
I would love Smileybox to have phone customer service and recommended 😊However, after several trials they did help me to send my Holiday music cards on Christmas day! I love Smileybox platform and have used it now for 14 years! One can make the most beautiful cards to keep one’s memories!

13 years and counting
I first became a Smilebox user and fan in 2011 to help document a road trip up the Alcan. I have recently renewed and upgraded my subscription, needing to contact customer service recently. Their professionalism matched their product and I remain a loyal customer.

email questions were answered very quickly and although a monthly subscription is not an option, the ability to pay for a year, use the program for a month (Christmas cards) and then be refunded for the remainder of the year is essetially the same thing. Maria was very friendly and helpful and actually read and responded to questions which I feel many online customer support people often don't.
