I got improved for high amount through…
I got improved for high amount through snap. You can only use it for shopping with stores you approved only & also can't you it for a loan. I go shopping for items with my initial approval & went to go check out with Snap, but it wouldn't work. Reached out to that website customer service & they advised I must do another Snap application through them, which makes no since to me. I do it & get approved for a way lower amount & couldn't get all the items I wanted, unless I paid the difference & the defeats the purpose of Snap.

I contacted them by chat and to let…
I contacted them by chat and to let them know i wanted to split my last payment (which they did extend it two or three days past the hundred days) and gave them a updated card number which is documented in the chat. I asked the representative to remove all other accounts which is also documented in the char. I make my last payment which was adjusted because a payment was due that day (but as i stated i gave them the updated account information) on the date agreed and the next day I get a return payment email. Perplexed I paid the payment but called To see what was the issue come find the representative in the original chat DID NOT remove the other account and it was sent to the account that has insufficient funds. Even though i pointed out that I asked for all other methods to be removed and it is in writing AND the other large payment was made with the new debit information they refuse to honor the agreement and want me to pay a buy out of 3900 . This is unfair and a disgrace to your customers who genuinely use your services. My husband and I are waiting for someone to contact us to surrender the merchandise or come to some kind of resolve. Especially since i gave the updates information. I will never use them or their services again.
