Placed my first order with SPC and they put an incorrect address on the shipping label causing the item I ordered to be returned to them. I needed the item fairly urgently which is why I picked one day/overnight shipping. I ended up canceling my order and purchasing the item through Amazon who put the correct address and got it to me in one day.
The carrier of the goods was switched from FedEx to USPS without notification, because I gave a P.O. Box address. I was given the reason only after I enquired . After further enquiry about the delivery fees a refund was made to my PayPal account. I wasn't asked to give another address for the FedEx option, nor notified from their initiative about the difference between the two shipment methods charges.
