Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the compact, space-saving design, mentioning that the machine arrives well-packaged and is remarkably straightforward to set up right out of the box. People also love the smooth digital resistance, which makes switching between different strength exercises completely seamless during daily home workouts. Some reviewers were not happy with the customer support, noting that getting timely assistance through online channels was occasionally slow or inconsistent when problems arose. Others also mentioned that navigating technical issues required a lot of personal effort when troubleshooting guides were hard to access.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Tried to buy from them, but needed to have the full ££3.7k available on the credit card event to split the payment across 12 months. Their other credit provider site kept crashing. When contacted by Speediance asking me why I didnt buy the product I told them I have bought this from another retailer and then they did nothing but want to argue with me over WhatsApp. Extremely unprofessional service!
I purchased a Speediance GM2 early this year and love it. Customer service is beyond excellent so far. I decided to purchase the extended warranty, but was unable to activate it on the GM2. I sent an email to after sales support and within 15 minutes Andrew activated my extended warranty remotely and it showed up on my GM2.
The Speediance Gym Monster 2 is a great product. When an accessory broke, a quick email to support got a replacement part sent right away. A very good experience.
Speediance Monster Gym is a game-changer 🙌🏾 no more gym membership fees; no mandatory subscription is required, and you won't need to stick anything to your wall. Setting it up is extremely simple. The speediance Monster Gym offers a wide variety of free programs and workouts. It occupies a minimal amount of space, making it ideal for narrow areas. Personal trainer sessions are more expensive, but this option provides better workout feedback and visible r,esults. I've been using this speediance for a few months now, and it's the most valuable investment I've made. This machine not only motivates me to exercise, but I actually enjoy the workout. The Facebook community is exceptional and a true blessing. It is friendly, helpful, and informative.
Purchasing the Speediance system was easy and smooth. It’s all set up in my home and I love it! I also want to send a shout out to their customer service team. I had a few questions during the purchase and delivery process, and Kat and Andrew were both very responsive and helped me with anything I needed. True professionals!
I have the Speediance Gym Monster and it has been great. It provides a ton of different exercises and allows a ton of flexibility. The company has done a great job providing support over my 2+ years of ownership.
The experience with the machine is great. Honestly it guides you through everything. You can find hundreds of exercises of different types and the best is no month subscription needed. Also client service is fast.
The machine is easy to use and easy to install. It offers a lot of different exercises from the comfort of home. The ability to adjust weight to 1kg and the eccentric mode are also great.
Speediance is absolutely amazing. The Gym Monster lineup is pretty much everything you need to work out! Where do I even begin? First, you can do hundreds of different exercises/movements/variations with the Gym Monster. That immediately cuts out the need for multiple machines, types of weights, etc. Practically this saves a ton of space and expense. For me, I only have a very small area to work out in, so the space saving is hugely important. The dedicated workout programs, Wellness +, and free lift options mean there are literally endless ways for you to pursue your fitness goals. The sky is the limit. Since purchasing my Gym Monster, I have worked out more consistently than I have ever before in my entire life. That is not an exaggeration! Customer service is outstanding as well. I have personally experienced them going above-and-beyond to fix an issue for me. Final thoughts- competitor machines fall short. They’re more expensive, have costly memberships, and have fewer accessories. Go with Speediance, you won’t regret it.
Great working machine and has so many workout options to choose from! Customer service has been great with answering questions/concerns I had setting up and finding the right fitness programs for me. Fantastic for home gym. High recommend this for anyone that is looking to work out from home
I love the gym monster 2. I ordered it about a year ago and it's blown me away in the capabilities of just one machine. I did almost all my free weights because I no longer need them with this machine. Definitely with it!
Only on day 2 with the machine and already impressed! Highly recommend! Support is very helpful as well!
Speediance is a great home gym with personalized work out and a community of people to connect with. It has challenges year round to promote connecting with others and to help motivate you. Support is also willing to help as best they can which is great.
I really love this. I’ve been going to the gym for years, but over the past year I got injured and busy, so I stopped. Having this at home has completely lowered the barrier to working out. The electronic resistance feels great on my joints, too. Over the past four months, I’ve lifted about a million pounds with it, and I’ve really enjoyed every bit of it.
They are helping me outside of warranty period and chat is open on Sunday
I recently moved from a house where I had a full gym set up in my basement—including an elliptical and a complete weight set—to a condo. That setup took up a significant portion of my finished basement, and unfortunately, my new space just doesn’t have room for that kind of equipment. So, I began searching for something more compact that could still provide both cardio and strength training. That’s when I came across the Gym Monster. It checked all the boxes, so I decided to give it a try—and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The Gym Monster performs exceptionally well. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions, and it offers a wide variety of workouts that are easy to find thanks to a great filtering system. I now use my Gym Monster every day and continue to get more comfortable with it. I’ve even started creating custom training programs to target specific goals, and the process is incredibly simple. So far, it has done everything I need while maintaining a small footprint. I’m excited to keep exploring its features—I’ve only just begun to scratch the surface of what it can do.
I was hesitant at first but I bought the Gym Monster 2 with all the accessories including the rower. This machine really is incredible and so easy to go from one workout to another. It's so much better than it's competitors because you don't need a monthly membership to get a complete workout. The instructional videos hat go with the workouts are great and so are the fitness programs. This is such a great machine. I'd recommend it to anyone who's considering a home gym.
We have been thinking about purchasing a Speediance Home Gym for a while now. We had a ton of questions and they were all answered quickly. After having our questions answered by Andrew, we purchased our Speediance home gym and are excited to try it out.
I recently purchased the Speediance Gym Monster 2 from Amazon, and after two weeks of use, my whole family is genuinely impressed. This machine is incredibly versatile—it’s great for both strength training and cardio workouts. My husband prefers using the built-in workout programs, while I like to customize my own routines through the phone app, which is very easy and intuitive to use. One of my favorite things is the convenience. I can walk into my basement and get an effective 15–30 minute workout in with zero excuses. It’s compact, doesn’t require installation, and fits easily into a home setup. While it can be moved if needed, it is fairly heavy, so that’s something to keep in mind. I also love that my son was able to use the assessment feature to create a safe, customized program tailored for teens, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, this has been a great investment for our family, and I would absolutely recommend the Gym Monster 2 to anyone looking for a convenient, all-in-one home fitness solution.
The gym monster was so easy to set up, and easily replaced our gym we were going to. The equipment is great, and the workout programs are awesome. Even for custom workouts, they walk you through each motion, to help with form and prevent injury. Will be recommending to all our friends and family!
