Unfortunately I received a football display case that had been damaged. I got in touch with Cristin and she explained what steps I needed to take to get a replacement. Cristin was extremely easy to work with and totally solved the problem. I will buy from Sports Memorabilia again and she is definitely one of the reasons why!!

My football display case arrived but was cracked, however being replaced.
My football display case arrived damaged (most likely from shipping), but James was extremely helpful in handling my situation and getting a new unit shipped out to me. I'm hoping the replacement will arrive intact. James made their return / replacement process a breeze.

Horrible company that automatically cancels and bans your account for no reason. On top of a horrible under trained staff that have no idea what they're doing. The supervisor/manager deceived me completely, promised me one thing and then did the other. What an utter disappointment, take your business elsewhere as this company and it's employees do not care about your business. Go somewhere where you will be appreciated.

I was super upset that a frame was broken in transit before I received it and she made the process so easy to get a replacement. Don’t order from here
Don’t order from here, they sell items that are no longer in stock. They display their items as still available when they really are not. Something shady going on there. Also they canceled my order without updating me at all.
