great service. I ordered 2xl t-shirts when I normally take 1xl, but alas these were way too small (5'10, 220lb, size 50 jacket) I made a call and without a hesitation they sent out the bigger sizes. No fuss, no muss. The 4xl fit perfectly. Thanks again for great t-shirts and great service!

My sisters are obsessed with the Outdoor Boys YT channel. They learn so much from them and it has become something our family enjoys watching together. For their birthday, I wanted to get them merchandise. What I saw online is EXACTLY what I got in person. It was a simple process and it arrived when it said it would. The quality of the sweaters are amazing. The colors are vibrant and are true to what was displayed online. I can’t wait to give it to them in 2 weeks time!!!

Wildly disappointed

Wildly disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for years, buying hundreds of items at a time for my business. I have always trusted this company to meet the deadlines it sets. I paid extra for guaranteed shipping arriving by the 28th. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service every day this week since the 26th because at that point my order wasn't even marked as in process. For two days I was promised it was on track to be delivered on time. Then on the 28th I was told that it wasn't even finished being made or on the truck yet and would be loaded on the 29th. Then on the 29th I called again and was told it was finished and all loaded and on the truck. Then I received a notification that it wouldn't arrive til the 2nd. When I called to ask what happened I was just told there was nothing they could do as it was all already loaded. I begged them to call UPS and ask to expedite or do something and was told no. We absolutely needed this order for a large group of children at an event on the 30th, the following Monday would be too late. I was given a partial refund but then the refund that came through was much smaller than was promised. Now my newest update tells me one package has been delayed and "may not be delivered" and one hasn't been picked up yet so I am confused how I was promised that all packages were finished and loaded onto the truck days ago. I'm so frustrated and I now have hundreds of disappointed kids.
