Purchased a mug for a gift and the…
Purchased a mug for a gift and the design is really off to the side. Would like to do a return, but paying for the shipping once is enough for a good product. To pay shipping to return a defective item is not good customer service. Take pride in your items that you provide and then there would not be an issue. I would be embarrassed to gift this to anyone and so should this company for providing this item. It says on the site that each item is made as ordered, so there is no reason that the time and care wasn't taken to make this a pleasant item to be proud of and ship to a customer (for their use OR for a gift)!

The last 2 times you screwed up. I sent you directions telling you what I wanted and what size I want to be font.And you still did not make it right .. I believe you.I'll just try to p*** me off . I'll be contacting my bank to get my twenty nine dollars back through all this b******* and still didn't get what I ordered.

The first package didn't arrive so Spreadshirt were kind enough to send a duplicate free of charge. A couple of days after the 2nd parcel was posted, the first one (ordered around 12/12/25) arrived just before the New Year. It's a Royal Mail and not Spreadshirt issue.
