I felt bad at first until SVAKOM customer service had me feeling lovely again!
I have dealt with customer service before and let me tell you it's been a pain! I think we have all had that experience we hope we could take back with customer service! NOT WITH SVAKOM! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I was crushed when my product failed, but they quickly responded Gathering the necessary information. We buy accident Insurance because sometimes things just happen, and that's what happened to my product. It was a great product and I'm Proud To Own it! Customer service was very friendly and responsive! That's why I buy products from them, because I know something goes wrong they value their customers warranty. Some places give you a warranty and good luck getting a hold of them or if you do you wish you hadn't. SVAKOM was wonderful when I first bought the product, and when I needed their assistance! I can't say enough about how wonderful their customer service was. I can honestly say I walked away feeling better than when I did when I first contacted them. In today's world that is something to be treasured! I can go on forever about this wonderful experience. Take it from this random person who went out of his way to make an extra long review because they did the same for me to make sure I was satisfied! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the person who helped me!

Outstanding products and costumer service
As someone who has worked at a sex shop and tried a variety of different toys from different brands, Svakom has always stood out for me. They make my favorite toy, Amy 2, and when mine stopped working, Svakom surprised me once again with their amazing customer service.
I will admit I sent a very freaked out email to them begging for help, and received nothing but kindness and patience. They kept emailing me back and forth, trying to help me make Amy 2 work. She didn’t make it in the end unfortunately, but not for a lack of trying on Svakom’s team’s end. I was already feeling pretty much as thankful as one can get, and then I received a new email. They wanted to send me a replacement for Amy 2. Even when they learned they couldn’t ship directly to my country, they asked for other possible addresses to make sure I received the toy. This gesture was so meaningful to me and it really showed me once more why Svakom is one of the best brands out there.
I’ve had experiences with the customer service of other brands before and nothing compares to the experience I just had. Thank you so much to Emily and all of Svakom’s team!!
Absolutely incredible customer service for a premium product! The klitty is a unique toy that I've not found the equal of, and when I had issues with the toy malfunctioning the customer service reps were prompt and willing to help me troubleshoot it all the way through to finding a fix! Absolute superheroes!

We had difficulties but Svakom’s team is amazing!
My partner and I had difficulties with one of Svakom’s products, but after I emailed and explained my situation, we were compensated for all of the damage to the toy and the emotional stress that was caused. They opened up an investigation right away and were extremely apologetic. The staff at Svakom are incredibly helpful and kind. Overall I had an amazing experience and your money is well spent here.

Very understanding and Exceptional Customer Service
Contacted them about a toy I purchased from an approved retailer that I had been using for a while that had development into not functioning from internal issues. I explained I was unsure what caused the issue and it could have been an accidental drop. I didn’t think they were going to offer a replacement at all but were kind enough to send me a one time replacement. Amazing customer service and absolutely love my Kaotik Shockwave. Great customer service and warrantee process.
Had an Iker for about 18 months and one of the motors stopped working. I was concerned that as I bought it from a non SVAKOM site they would not honour or even consider the warrantee as I had not realised the need to register.
However, I provided all the details to SVAKOM and provided a receipt for my purchase and after a couple of emails they agreed to send a replacement which is a newer model and I can already tell its a better fit and experience.

Best customer service I’ve ever received
Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a device that didn’t function properly form an online seller, contacted their customer support and was quickly met with helpful cheery service. They walked me through steps to try and resolve the issues but it turned out the device needed replacing. They quickly sent a replacement unit and it works great! Amazing Customer Service!
One of the products I bought from them stopped working. I emailed customer service and they got back to me within 24 hours. They were polite when we emailed back and forth. After I sent confirmation the product was nonfunctional, they sent me a new one. It arrived 3 days later, super quick! Overall, I’m satisfied with this product and happy that I bought from them!
