The unit had a power issue and they replaced it. The process could have been more streamlined and consistent in my opinion. Took 3 emails over a few weeks at least just to get a reply, but one they replied it became easier. Thank you for standing behind your warranty.
I purchased an Ella three years ago. Recently the motor died. I wish it was from overuse, but that was not the case. I contacted the company and they resolved the issue. They did take a little longer to send the replacement, but once the replacement arrived, it was working like brand new. I like these products and appreciated the level of responsiveness from their staff.
Great price, for great products. Off to a rough start but the company stands behind the products and their mission. I especially appreciate that a tree is planted for every transaction. Great, prompt customer service. Will definitely be a customer, I will also recommend.

My wife absolutely loved this product. The several selected speeds are really great. Start out slow and then it allows you to maximize your experience. It has ease to the power controls on the unit. My wife and I love to add this to our collection. A must have in the bedroom.
I had the immense pleasure of testing out and enjoying the Svakom Sam Neo Pro 2. From the moment I opened the box, it felt like a premium product that was definitely worth the money. The silicone sleeve itself had an amazing texture that felt really nice but wasn't overstimulating. And the toy itself was very powerful and had a range of modes that offered plenty of fun variety. Really well designed product that provides an experience I've never had before with other fleshlights. Just be careful with the silicone sleeve when washing as it is delicate.
Really great customer service. They absolutely do honor their warranty. A hard thing to find in this day and age. 💯 Recommend!
Top notch, super excellent customer service! I ran into a problem with one of the products I bought. I just emailed to let them know about the problem. They were very responsive and super nice. I was not expecting anything but they ended up sending me a different product as a replacement. Customer service beyond expectations! Super great, high quality products too!
Very quick and helpful response from the company when my device malfunctioned and they immediately replaced it for me! Appreciate it! I got the Iker Neo and the product itself is surprisingly premium but the vibration feels a little too strong for me. The nub for the prostate hit the spot quite well and overall a premium quality for a very surprisingly good price!
Product is high quality, however I did end up needing a replacement as it was partly defective. I didn’t even buy it directly from svakom so I was assuming they wouldn’t do anything. Their customer service responded quickly and to my surprise, they are sending me a brand new one without even going through the hassle of having to return my first one. Like I said, even being partly defective (vibration feature didn’t work for whatever reason) the product is very high quality. Still usable but after spending as much as I did it didn’t feel right not to contact them. Overall thanks to Svakom for being awesome and I will be buying from them again.
