I have been buying from Swanson since…
I have been buying from Swanson since the 1990’s and I m not sure what happened to this order but I have not had a delivery take this long!!! I placed the order on April 27, 2026 n it is 5/13/2026 n the tracking now says it is being delivered today. We will see. The tracking is very poor by FedEx and it looked like the package goes to Pa from ND but then goes back to Ohio then back to Pa on its way to NY?!!! Why did this take so long?! I usually pay the extra $2.99 but regular free delivery had only a day more for delivery then the express delivery so I chose regular free. So far it has taken 13 business days! And the tracking was not very clear or easy to understand.

Today is May 11, 2026 and my order for $250+ of your products has been sitting in Phoenix, AZ (about an hours drive from my home) for over a week now. I contacted your customer service several days ago and they said give it until Monday (that is today). It's after 4 PM my time today and nothing. Same old "its on the way" type message. Time for Swanson to shape up. I am very frustrated. You do have competition. I have been buying from Swanson "for years", and over $800 this year alone.

As usual, received a reminder about my autoship items with enough time to make any needed changes. Of course, the order arrived on time and all items were in excellent condition. order is quick to be filled. Swanson's is good to address any problems with shipments, such as a tear in a package of grain recently I had received and Swanson's quickly sent a replacement at no charge. But usually shipments are intact.
All my supplements arrived and on time except one. It wasn't charge, so that good, yet I really needed it. The prices were mostly reasonable and it was convenient to not have to go from shop to shop to get everything I need

Swanson has been my supplement 'go to' for years and I'm still not disappointed.
My order was placed on 4/27 and to this day 5/12/26, I haven't receive my order or an update as to when to expect it. With that said I am done with Swanson.
