Easy to order. We use the liquid and powdered stevia. It works great and is a good price. They replaced a bottle that arrived with the safety deal broken. Our order of powder was cancelled because it was out of stock.

Fedex lost my shipment & swanson is silent and non responsive about it. Guess I will find another supplier that uses someone more reliable than FedEx. Update: Swanson made good on the order.

The shipping has gotten quicker
The shipping has gotten quicker. Free shipping at 29$instead of 49$ sometimes. Still the best prices.

I placed my order on 24 April, and I still have not received it. This has never happened before and I certainly hope it will never happen again or I will not be ordering from Swanson drug.
