It was easy to get signed up, make an appointment, the Dr was very easy to talk to and listened to what I had to say. I was in a smaller town visiting family and didn't have the ability to go to an urgent care center so the ability to meet virtually with a provider from my state was so beneficial to easing my anxiety.
I was able to get in and get an antibiotic quickly. I was hesitant to try Teladoc due to having previous experiences where I wasn't given antibiotics and had to go to an urgent care (paying 2 co-pays). This experience was very good and I was able to get the care I needed quickly.
i was charged for a visit that my insurance pays 100%, I recached out to them as well as my insurance. I was told by both that I have to get reimbursed from my insurance/Teladoc. After going through hoops someone was able to help me and when i was trsferred to the billing dept it went right to spnish survey, this has been 33 minutes already. LOL!! how frustrating this is. I pay enough each month out of my pocket for insurance so why should I this much of a issue? case# 05932309 for anyone that really cares

The doctors on teledoc are very professional and have a wide knowledge of the medical needs of their patients based off symptoms relayed, sometimes with difficulty, over the phone. I'd recommend them to everyone. Great service. Quick replies too.
I have used other telehealth services in the past but felt rushed and not given the time to ask questions. This was not the experience on this visit, as the software worked perfectly with clear audio and video. The response time was within minutes of my request for services.
I was in a bind with a small rash/infection on my leg from an injection site. My primary care physician was unable to fit me into her busy schedule. Therefore, I went ahead and made an appointment with Teladoc. It was seamless. From the moment I went online and set up the appointment I already had someone helping me within less than five minutes. My PA was super friendly very understanding and very helpful. I was recommended some antibiotics and an ointment to placed on the infection, I could not ask for any more help than what Teladoc offered me excellent service thank you.
I think Teladoc is the best thing ever. Not only is there no copay no charge for an office visit you get what you need from a caring physician that listens to you and calls in not only walk at you call for but what you need to get to the root of the problem. Highly recommend use this service over my primary care physician 10x over in a year! And when you schedule an appointment they usually call within 30 min of being on the app and telling them what is going on with you.
he lady who answered my call was very helpful, professional and courteous. It was so easy to do, and she called in a prescription for me based on the information I gave. Much easier than having to make an appointment and pay a co-pay for something so simple to diagnose. I will definitely be utilizing this service more often.
Doctor's visit went very well. The new billing agency unfortunately is not performing so well coding the phone visits wrong. They are coding phone visits as "Telehealth" which is incorrect. It should be coded as "Teledoc" which is what I used for my docor's visit. The new billing department coding my phone visit as "Telehealth" is causing my insurance to decline coverage. They cover "Teledoc" like the many phone visits I did in the last couple years. The billing department needs to change the coding of the visit to "Teledoc" so my insurance will cover it 100%. Terrible job by billing, outstanding job by the doctor.
