I was not able to get any satisfaction…
I was not able to get any satisfaction or relief for my acute back pain. The only prescription available was meloxacam which can cause severe anemia. The ability to prescribe a mild muscle relaxant would have been great.

I had some difficulty logging in as this was my first time using Teledoc, snd the representative that helped me totally set up my account so that I had no problems logging in and requesting my first visit. This was very helpful as I was really not feeling well that morning.
Doctor seemed genuinely concerned.

Teladoc makes it easier
Because of Teladoc, my family can address health issues immediately without taking time off work, waiting in an office, and navigating phone menus to get follow-up information. Our small health issues don't get put off until they become big problems - we can be pro-active and nip them in the bud ASAP. The platform is easy to use and all the practitioners are professional, responsive, take the time to discuss in detail - and are always on time.

I was thoroughly impressed with both Teladoc and Dr. Wray. The timing and availability of the appointment worked perfectly with my schedule. Prior to the appointment, I completed all of the required information online, which was quick and easy. I was also able to upload supporting documents in advance, which helped make the visit more efficient and productive. About 30 minutes before my appointment, I received a call from Teladoc to go through some additional questions. This further improved the doctor’s preparedness and helped ensure we could make the most of our time together. Dr. Wray was right on time and very well prepared. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable, listened carefully to what I had to say, and took my individual goals and concerns into consideration. I never felt rushed, and I felt that he genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking to accomplish. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire Teladoc experience and especially with Dr. Wray. I would highly recommend Dr. Wray to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and professional physician.

I can’t believe I didn’t know about this..
I can’t believe I didn’t know about teladoc services sooner. I tried calling around to book my daughter a dermatology appointment for acne, one place couldn’t tell me how much it would be and only that they think they accept my insurance, I decided to look on Teladoc, I provided some health history and a few pictures of my daughter’s problems and she was prescribed some face creams the same day. It was so easy! It would have taken weeks to get the same thing done if I didn’t use Teladoc.
