This was the first time I used Teladoc and it went really well. I was happy I didn’t have to leave my house and the doctor was amazing. She gave me useful advice and I will use again.

Very quick execution for a yearly check

One of the best thing I like about the app and the interactions with the doctor is the quick execution. My appointment was scheduled, and we got on a call and within 5 mins things were done. The doctor ordered my tests, checked in on me to make sure everything was okay, and ordered tests. After the results came in, I got a message on next steps. I think this is best for people like me who hate wait time and unnecessary small talk. I love this concept and would highly recommend this app to everyone.

I have tried for an appointment twice

I have tried for an appointment twice. The first one canceled for no reason. The 2nd, the audio quality was terrible. She said she would call. I got a call and no one was there. I waited 30 seconds and hung up. Rather than call back, she canceled my appointment.

save your time it’s a scam!! I recently called and the lady was huffing because I had to go run and get my phone because the sound wasn’t working. Come to find out It was on her end then during the call she acted like I was inconvenience. She wanted to tell me I’m not sick and don’t need anything and I told her she was very rude through the whole appointment she didn’t really care. This isn’t the first time back in 2024 when I use the service the first time I got a gentleman and he was the same way almost like he is in such a hurry that he couldn’t take my call to really hear me. I went to my regular MD he said I have sinus infection.
